Intern to Full-Time
Video Series
The Intern to Full-Time video series was developed to highlight employee growth and increase engagement across Milhouse’s social media platforms. Based on the success of people-focused content, the series showcases real employee experiences, emphasizing the company’s commitment to career development. I led the project end-to-end, conducting interviews, editing video and audio, and creating motion graphics to support the storytelling. The visual style was intentionally friendly and approachable, reflecting Milhouse’s supportive culture and helping prospective employees envision their own growth within the company.
MEP Engineering Blog
Video Support
To support the blog “How Can MEP Engineering Design Help Reduce Operational Costs?”, I created a short-form video featuring engineers Girish Narayan and Renay Harris sharing their quotes from the article. Designed for social media, the piece leverages people-focused content to drive engagement and direct traffic to the blog. I incorporated dynamic text treatments to highlight their quotes, enhancing visual interest while also improving accessibility through clear, on-screen captions.
Black History Month
Video Series
For Black History Month, I helped create a video series featuring Milhouse’s Black leaders sharing personal reflections on the meaning of the month and the mentors who have shaped their journeys. Designed for social media, the series centers authentic storytelling while reinforcing the company’s commitment to representation and leadership. The visual approach remains intentionally minimal to keep the focus on each speaker, with subtle use of a red, yellow, and green color palette to reflect cultural significance and create a cohesive, respectful presentation.
Forestry Storm
Work Video
To promote Milhouse Forestry’s storm response services, I created a social media video highlighting the team’s role in maintaining power reliability across Georgia communities. The piece combines in-field and stock footage to showcase real-world operations, while a consistent visual system, anchored in Milhouse’s dark blue with orange accents, guides attention to key information and iconography. The result is a clear, engaging overview that reinforces both the impact and professionalism of the Forestry team’s work.
